The 15th Annual Natural Living Expo, New England’s largest holistic health and wellness event, will return to Marlborough’s Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center. Saturday, November 12 from 9am-6pm and Sunday, November 13 from 9:30am-4:30pm. Free re-admission on Sunday with your Saturday wristband!

The much-awaited, annual, alternative health event attracts a wide variety of natural health information, services and products. Presented by Spirit of Change, New England’s largest free holistic magazine, the Natural Living Expo provides a unique opportunity to connect in person with alternative health and nutrition experts, healing schools and organizations, wellness products, premium natural beauty care lines, and transformational and spiritual offerings you will not find gathered anywhere else in New England.

A $25 weekend admission includes access to the Trade Center with 200 exhibitors, healthy food vendors both inside and outdoors, plus over 50 workshops held at the adjoining Best Western Hotel. A $4 admission discount is available for tickets purchased in advance online, which also includes a free expo tote bag.
Exhibits at the Trade Center include natural health products and information, trusted wellness consultants, access to spiritual and transformational opportunities, talented intuitive readers, mini healing sessions, self-care demos, all-natural beauty care, thousands of crystals for sale, unique jewelry, clothing, home décor and holiday shopping plus product samples to taste and try in person.

In addition to the 200 exhibits in the trade center, the expo workshop schedule offers over 50 one-hour workshops included in the weekend admission. A sample of workshop titles includes: “Best Nutrients for Improved Cardiac Health”; “Are Your Past Lives Living In Your Present Life?”; “Instant Pain Elimination”; “Chi Reactivation Meditation with Acoustic Carpet Ride”; “The Microbiome’s Role in Mental Health”; “How to Make Flower Petal Body Scrub At Home”; “Wild Food and Medicine Are All Around,” plus many, many more.

More spacious workshop room seating with a one-hour break between workshops in each room, and wider exhibit hall aisles are in place to allow this year’s expo to proceed more safely. Masks are optional at the event, following local regulations in the city of Marlboro.
