8-Week In Person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Class
Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a widely respected and scientifically validated approach to managing stress, anxiety, pain, and the demands of daily living. Rooted in ancient contemplative practices and modern psychology, MBSR teaches you to be present in each moment, fostering a space for healing, insight, and transformation.This class meets Thursday nights for eight weeks, 2.5 hours per session and includes a full-day (online) retreat on April 18th.
