All-Day Live Event on World Meditation Day with RoundGlass Living

Celebrate World Meditation Day with RoundGlass - A Wholistic Wellbeing Company; join experts for an all-day online event on World Meditation Day (May 21). RoundGlass Living, a Wholistic Wellbeing app by RoundGlass, is set to host a one-of-a-kind all day online meditation marathon on World Meditation Day (21 May), motivating individuals to meditate in order to reduce stress and improve their general wellbeing, as well as to educate them on the healing and transforming effects of meditation. Over 20 meditation and wellbeing experts and instructors such as Nithya Shanti, Tyagi Shurjo, and Yael Shy (founder of MindfulNYU) will be conducting multiple sessions to guide participants in various meditative practices to enable people on their wellbeing journey. In addition, well-known yoga teacher and digital creator Sunaina Rekhi will be hosting a session on body positivity. Bollywood singer Sowmya Raoh will be taking participants on a chanting experience.
