We are the Start-up based in Burhanpur, MP. We continuously work on addressing the ‘Solid Waste Management’ of post harvesting Banana Crop. We utilise the Banana pseudostem and convert it into Raw material for various Industries like – Textile, Paper, Sanitary Pads, Organic Fertilizers and value-added End products like Handicraft Items of Banana Fiber.
Since Banana is one of the highly grown crop in India, we would like to expand and share knowledge widely so that not only Farmers can gets benefited but also we can work on Green & Circular Economy.

Banana fibre and its Technical aspects:- At our unit we are extracting three qualities of fibre for textile applications Raw long fibres length 3-3.5 feet, extracted and sun dried Long combed fibre Length 3-3.5 feet, processing of selected raw fibres & hand combed Short fibres: Length 6-12 inches, after long fibres it been cut in small size, these lead to cleaning of pith. Technical aspects:- 1) Mean Length:-80-120 CM 2) Length CV:- 18-20% 3) Fibre Fineness:- 80-120 4) Breaking Strength:- 600-700 (CN On single fibre strength tester ASTM) 5) Strength CV:- 22-25% 6) Extension CV:-20-25%
