Weldon Bond, a creative entrepreneur, founded the BLACK BEAUTY EXPO in 2008. The BLACK BEAUTY EXPO is a platform for inspiration, success and advancement in the Black Beauty Industry. We accomplish our mission by bringing together professionals from all aspects of black beauty, including photographers, makeup artists and models.
