Our belief in community is what drives us.
Our mission is working to positively impact life for people with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, seniors and those that care for them. We do this by providing health and wellness education, quality support services and by working to remove barriers to opportunities in the community. The goal of this amazing foundation is to provide supportive independent living resources to under-served seniors, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and caregivers that care for them.
