The FISCHERSCOPE XDLM-C4 is a Windows based X-Ray system for coating thickness measurement and material testing. The measurement direction is from top to bottom.
A microfocus X-Ray tube together with a motorized collimator block with 4 different sized collimators make the XDLM-C4 the ideal instrument for testing of mass production items like screws, nuts, bolts etc. The optional cobalt absorber helps to efficiently solve the measurement application nickel on copper.
The XDLM-C4 features a unique method for distance correction of measurements. The DCM method (Distance Controlled Measurement) automatically corrects the intensity differences of fluorescence spectra at different measurement distances, a feature which simplifies the measurements on test pieces with complex geometry and different measuring distances.
