Columbia County Health Wellness and Fitness Expo

Our organization is committed to advocating for healthier, more informed communities by creating opportunities for residents to connect with essential health, wellness, and fitness resources.

We host community-based events including health expos, workshops, wellness initiatives, and resource fairs designed to educate, empower, and support individuals and families in taking proactive steps toward improving their overall well-being. Through our events, attendees are introduced to local organizations, service providers, and programs that offer preventive care services, wellness support, fitness opportunities, and health education.

We also work to ensure that uninsured and underinsured residents who may experience limited access to care are aware of and connected to services and programs available within the community.
