Shanghai Industry & Commerce Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 1993. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLG Exhibitions & Events Co., Ltd. and a member enterprise of the Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. The Company currently serves as the vice-chairman unit of the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association and a director unit of the Shanghai Robot Industry Association, Shanghai Industrial Internet Association, Shanghai Transportation Electronics Association, and Shanghai Association For Rare Earth. It is also a member unit of the Shanghai New Materials Association, Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics, and Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations.

Since its establishment, the main business of the Company has always been focused on promoting high-quality development in the manufacturing industry, creating professional exhibitions (expos) and forums with international influence themed around the full industrial chain. The Company helps enterprises expand their market share of industrial products both domestically and internationally and carries out consulting services, technical exchanges, and business activities.

Since 2018, the Company has become a unit directly under the Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd., specifically responsible for organizing the China International Industry Fair.

The Company has rich experience organizing exhibitions and provides high-quality exhibition experiences and services for manufacturing enterprises. The Company regularly holds industrial exhibition projects, including theme shows under the China International Industry Fair, Chengdu International Industry Fair, and South China International Industry Fair. The Company is committed to becoming a leader in hosting industrial exhibitions in China.
