Jim Frank's Farm Direct Meats

Cow Shares, direct on the farm. You and others will gather at our farm on processing day for the harvesting of beef. An animal will be selected, purchased, and then processed right on site, on the same day. Processing time differs due to size differences of the animal but normally takes about three hours. You can sit back and relax on the farm during this time, enjoying calm country atmosphere and you're welcome to bring any refreshments you like - but you are responsible to clean up after yourself. Best of all you get take home farm fresh meat to fill your freezer.
