With 30 beds, the hospital was established 19 years ago. The hospital was founded by young professionals with little experience in the hospital industry. They faced many challenges along the way. Medicall was founded with the intent of sharing their knowledge with other medical fraternities.

He observed that smaller hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities were at a distinct disadvantage in procuring equipment or services. They were not afforded the same options or the advantage of biggies in terms of price.
