Oktoberfest Fredericksburg

Since Oktoberfest’s founding in 1981, proceeds generated support local art projects. The proceeds go towards scholarships for Gillespie County resident students wishing to study music or art at the university level, gives grants to local art related projects and hosts the free annual Marktplatz Musical Evenings as a “Thank-you” to the community for its support and volunteering at Oktoberfest.
