PLMA

Private Label Manufacturers Association was founded in 1979 as a non-profit association to promote store brands. It is the only trade association of its type, with 4,500 members from more than 75 countries. PLMA members have access to conferences, professional education, professional growth, market research, channel and category sales data, consumer surveys and publications in addition to the industry-defining tradeshows held annually in Chicago and Amsterdam.

The PLMA has expanded with the industry. You can find store brand products in almost every food and nonfood grocery category, including fresh, frozen, refrigerated, canned, dry, snacks, pet food, health and beauty, over-the-counter drugs and cosmetics, household and laundry, lawn and garden chemicals, paints, hardware and auto aftercare, stationery and housewares.
