At Mindspace Conferences, we organize annual seminars/conferences in different countries. I as a Program Manager, was supposed to find the clients associated with the area of study I was assigned, connect with them through email and get them on board i.e., make them register themselves to the conference organized by us. In the process, I have to answer all their queries and assist them through everything. Basically, dealing with clients is my forte here.

Key Highlights and Skills:

? Dealing with many global exhibitors/sponsors for educational and industrial events.
? Dealing with international customers/clients and collaborating for business development and growth
? Lead generation, lead conversion, and revenue generation through international conferences by taking training, skill development programs and motivating the team
? Bringing better website positioning through better SEO and SEM with the competitive websites
? Developing and writing better content and managing through website CMS and support dashboard
? Digital marketing, social media promotions, and bringing many media partnerships to maximize the brand value and market for the organization
? Managing and coordinating effectively between mass mailing team, web and IT team for better team output
