A veteran of Indian Air Force, Sangeet has served in the Supply Chain Stream of the Indian Air Force for 23 years in various leadership roles across multiple operational stations of the IAF. Later he gained 12 years of corporate experience in different functions viz., Sales, Warehousing Operations, Transportation, Materials Planning, Safety and Security, while working with a 3PL company of Tata Group, InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) and TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd.

Sangeet’s major contribution in the corporate world has been strengthening security measures across 200 warehouses, which included designing, installation, and operating protocols of technology-based surveillance systems. Sangeet also designed and operated contracts of security companies for almost five years, gaining considerable experience in labour compliances, commercials, and training SOPs. As a recognized L&D professional, Sangeet has trained over 1500 company resources during six years in subjects ranging from Logistics & Supply Chain Operations, Warehousing, EHS Guidelines, Loss Prevention at Warehouses, Strengthening of Security Measures, and Fire Safety.

A postgraduate in Marketing Management, Sangeet has also acquired certification in management from the prestigious MDI Gurgaon. While serving with the IAF, he was conferred with commendations on two occasions besides acquiring numerous training certifications. In 2021, Sangeet was conferred best trainer award by the CEO of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd.

In 2023, Sangeet launched a consultancy under brand name “Solve & Train” to support premier educational institutions, commercial establishments, and warehousing companies. Besides designing solutions to arrest inventory leakages and strengthening security measures, Sangeet can also contribute immensely to the field of learning & development. Sangeet can conduct insightful and participative training sessions for bright graduate/PG level students, young interns & managers, budding entrepreneurs and academicians.
