Rawy Films

Rawy is a newly found collective of passionate film explorers on a mission to cultivate a community around independent SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) films. We aim at scouting raw talents and untold stories, bringing them to life on the big screen through curating pop-up events in iconic arthouse cinemas internationally and locally.
 
Our impact is two-fold, screenings that serve as a bridge between cultures, introducing international audiences to the often-unseen works of talented SWANA filmmakers. Simultaneously, Rawy amplifies the reach of filmmakers within Arabic-speaking countries, fostering wider recognition and facilitating the dissemination of their artistic messages.
