Ren Xue of the Americas

Yuan Tze founded the first Ren Xue non-profit organization in 2011. The organization, Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center, Inc. (YTRXC), was registered in the state of California.

In 2012, YTRXC was granted tax exempt status under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The tax-exempt number is 27-4625540.

In 2015 YTRXC adopted Ren Xue of the Americas as its ‘doing business as’ (dba) name. Ren Xue of the Americas (RXA) represents North-, Central- and South America.
