WHAT TO EXPECT:

- All participants will receive a follow-along workbook to take notes, follow instruction and complete exercises during the session.

- Participants will also get a free toolkit – a collection of templates, forms, worksheets, software and other helpful resources to help make good use of the information shared in class.

- There will be time for Q and A with the instructor and we will take breaks to give you a chance to check email, grab a water or network with other participants.

This workshop is eligible for the City of Austin Small Business Skills Certificate program. (or Nonprofit Skills) Participants who complete six courses in the program are recognized in an awards ceremony with other local business and community leaders.
