This introductory class is designed for those curious about embodied awareness and restorative touch. It aims to help participants deepen relational connections and learn how to create relaxation and energetic flow through the art of mindful touch
 
What happens
 
Led by Yaw Tutu, this guided session demonstrates how to use your hands, breath, and natural body weight with sensitivity. You will learn simple, repeatable techniques on how to give and receive touch that is both supportive and effortless.
 
What you will get out of it
 
Participants will walk away with practical skills to restore ease and presence. You'll learn how to practice Thai massage in various settings (on a mat, bed, or floor) and how to foster a sense of nourishment and attunement with a partner.

With a deep foundation in Thai massage, Reiki, Qigong, Tantric Thai massage, and multiple therapeutic modalities, he integrates ancestral wisdom, energy healing, and bodywork to create transformative experiences for his clients.

A Professor of Biodanza, Certified Supreme Science Qigong Level 3 Teacher, Reiki Master, MPS Therapy Practitioner, Scar Release Therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #MA69685), Yaw specializes in pressure lines, deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, Thai foot reflexology, and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) therapy.
