GOAL #2: The rediscovery of your own worthines by always taking the time to know what YOU WANT!
GOAL #3: Asking for what you want. Asking is harder and trickier than it sounds, and this is where the seven new life-changing skills come in handy. Emphasis is on being love and asking for what you want "under fire".....the exact moment when you're being crossed, thwarted, frustrated, disappointed, blocked, put down or whatever. Bottom line: It's easy to be loving when things go your way, but it takes intention and skill when they don't.
