Frame : the complete frame of loom is fitted with the dowell pin at different joints of binders, crank bushes and tappet bushes in order to facilitate foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.
Crank shaft : 50mm machine forged and grinded edges provided with self-lubricating bushes. Extra middel support provided for rigidity over 80 reed space loom
Crank arm : made from cast iron and fitted with gumetal/self lubricated bushes and rainforced by steel strapping
Tappet shaft : superior quality tested i. S. Standered bright bar moving on self lubricated bushes fitted brakets.
Gears : hob-cut hellical gears to give smooth and noise-less working & uniform quality of fabrics.
Picking : underpicking system with chilled picking nose and picking bowl perfectly matched and made up of special quality metal to give longer life.
Shedding : positive groved tappet/dobby
Beatingthe slay is carefully made from selected good quality of seasoned teak wood with shisham wood race board fitted with polished slay cap is incorporated in the loom which ensures stable flight of the shuttle and correct beating.
